General Training, Workshops and Coaching

These additional terms and conditions apply for all training courses, workshops and coaching.

Focus and Commitment
You are responsible for ensuring that attendees are given the time to focus on the session without distraction. That they won’t be interrupted by business issues during sessions.

Confirmation and Payment
Full payment of the session fee is required in advance of the session. An invoice will be raised on confirmation of the session with a maximum of the payment terms above, shorter if confirmation is on short notice.

Confirmation must be in writing. If your organisation uses Purchase Orders, then this is the preferred method of confirmation.

Expenses
All expenses will be charged to your organisation following the session for which they are incurred. An estimate of the expenses will be provided, and your agreement will be requested. If this agreement is not provided in a timely manner, it may increase the costs.

An invoice will be raised following delivery to cover expenses. Receipts as evidence of actual spending may be attached on request, it may not always be possible to provide receipts for all costs, in which case they will simply be detailed on the invoice.

However, this may incur additional unrecoverable expenses, which you will be liable for, and an invoice will be raised for these costs.

Attendees
You may change the attendees at any time up to the date of the session. A maximum number of attendees may apply. Depending on the nature of the session, the number of attendees may have an impact on the price for the session as well as the structure of the session.
